Follow these steps for a flawless, long-lasting application.

APPLICATION

Proper nail prep is the key to strong adhesion and long wear.

  1. Wash and dry your hands.
  2. Gently push back your cuticles.
  3. Lightly buff nails until completely matte.
  4. Cleanse nails using the alcohol wipe to remove oils and ensure they are fully dehydrated.

ADHESIVE TABS (1-3 days)

  1. Apply the adhesive tab to your natural nail.
  2. Align and press the press-on nail firmly for 10–15 seconds.

TIP: Warm the adhesive tabs slightly (e.g hairdryer) for stronger hold.

NAIL GLUE ( Up to 2+ weeks)

  1. Apply an even layer of glue to your natural nail.
  2. Apply the press-on at a 45° angle starting from the cuticle, then press down firmly for 10–15 seconds.

TIP: For the most natural finish, position the nail as close to cuticle as possible.

PRO TIP: For extra hold, some users combine adhesive tabs with a small amount of glue (optional).

REMOVAL

To safely remove your press-ons, soak your nails in warm soapy water with a little cuticle oil for 10–15 minutes to help loosen the adhesive.

Once the nails begin to release, gently ease them away from the side. If you feel any resistance, continue soaking — never force or pull the nail off.

REUSING YOUR PRESS-ONS

Adhesive Tabs: Gently peel or roll away any remaining adhesive from the underside of your press-ons before storing them for your next wear.

Nail Glue: If needed, carefully buff away excess glue from the underside of the press-on only. Avoid buffing the decorated surface or thinning the nail.

A LITTLE EXTRA TIP ✨

Avoid prolonged water exposure for the first 1–2 hours after application to help your nails stay securely attached.

PLEASE NOTE: Acetone can be used to remove stubborn press-on nails, but it will damage the press-ons and they won’t be reusable. If you wish to wear your Sheek Nails again, always opt for gentle removal.
